AndroFast Biologics LLC operates EndocrineWatch, an advisory tool that provides curated chemical profiles, mechanistic reasoning on endocrine disruption and reprotoxins, US/EU regulatory status, and health-risk mapping for researchers, consultants, and organizations making compliance, formulation, and product-safety decisions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website or use the EndocrineWatch platform (Professional, Enterprise, or Data Integration tiers).

We are a Delaware-based RegTech/biotech company founded by a reproductive geneticist specializing in andrology and male reproductive health. We do not collect or process protected health information (PHI) or sensitive medical data about individuals unless you voluntarily upload it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two main categories of information:

a. Information you provide

Account and contact details (name, email, organization name, job title, phone).
Payment information (processed by third-party providers such as Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).
Messages or support requests sent through the site.
Any information you voluntarily include in Enterprise/Data Integration onboarding forms (e.g., integration requirements).

b. Information collected automatically

Usage data and logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, features used, session duration).
Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
Device and location information (city-level only; we do not track precise geolocation).

We do not collect or sell personal information about your end-customers or patients.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to:

Provide, maintain, and improve EndocrineWatch (e.g., granting Professional-tier access, delivering dataset updates, or supporting Data Integration).
Communicate with you about your account, updates to regulatory mappings, or new substance categories relevant to reproductive health risks.
Process payments and send receipts.
Analyze aggregate usage trends to enhance the mechanistic reasoning and health-risk mapping features (data is always anonymized).
Comply with legal obligations or protect our rights (e.g., enforcing license terms).

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only in these limited cases:

With service providers (Wix for hosting, Stripe or Wise for payments, email providers for updates) who are contractually required to protect your data.
If required by law or in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order).
In the event of a business transfer (merger, acquisition) — we would notify you.
With your explicit consent (e.g., if you ask us to share details with a potential Enterprise partner).

We never sell your personal information.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Depending on where you live (including California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to:

If you are in the EU/UK or another region with strict data-protection laws, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards where required.

EndocrineWatch is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
